I’m actually getting indexed without any inbound links using some of the things you list here and without using the “AddMe” feature at Google. It seems site maps are doing most of the work for my new sites. While I haven’t primed back links with changing signatures, it’s something I can try after reading this article. Thanks.

Best,

Justin

Good tips James, I have used some of these in the past and other methods I have read about on other sites. Most of my sites seem to get indexed pretty fast. Thanks for the info!

informative post.I havent used addme as yet and frankly the submission page itself looks like an advert junk to me.but yes, adding a sitemap helped me a lot and so did ezinearticles.
Directory submission helps but submitting articles to an ezine sure helps a lot.

I am trying my luck with Digg,Stumble etc but i guesss results are not that good.
May be because i have never digged with OBAMA in the content:-)

Interesting post. From personal experience the most important thing is to have the XML-Sitemap and to verify your site and add the sitemap at Google Webmaster Tools. This will get you indexed to Google.

Next step is to keep building content and keep getting inbound links and you will start ranking on some of your keywords and start getting traffic.

Thanks for this, my page is actually on Google, but the problem I have it hasn’t been reindexed for more than 3 months now… How can I Google force to reindex?
